Dementia Outcomes Measurement Suite (DOMS)

This site is for Health Professionals who have undergone suitable training for use of these tools in clinical assessments.

These tools are designed to assist professionals in assessing dementia and related issues within all environments.

The high quality tools provided are recognised as the most current for dementia assessment. Guidelines and scoring information are included to enable the delivery of improved assessment results while remaining easy to use.

DOMS is a Federal Initiative to help address the very serious issues related to a rapidly growing population with dementia/Alzheimer’s disease. To address this, one of the major requirements is to create a common assessment language for use by all professionals.
